3 Tax Benefits for Donors
Indian Donors (Section 80G Tax Exemption)
Donations made to Bassein Urdu Education Society are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
A tax exemption receipt will be issued to Indian donors upon receipt of their contribution. To claim tax benefits, donors must provide their PAN card details during the donation process.
Foreign Donors (FCRA Guidelines)
Foreign donations are subject to applicable foreign exchange regulations and FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) guidelines.
4 Refund and Cancellation Policy
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.
In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
