Bilal Ali Shaikh, a student of Huzaifa Urdu High School & Junior College of Science and Commerce, delivered an outstanding performance at the Kochi Half Marathon 2026 held in Kochi, Kerala, on Sunday, 08 February 2026.
The marathon witnessed participation from experienced athletes across the country, making the competition highly challenging. Through disciplined training, consistent effort, and strong mental determination, Bilal Ali secured the second position in the men’s category.
This achievement highlights the institution’s commitment to holistic development, proving that academic excellence and sportsmanship can progress together. Bilal Ali’s success stands as an inspiration for students to pursue excellence beyond the classroom.

The Chairman of Huzaifa Educational Campus, Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Shaikh, along with Deputy Chairman Mr. Asif Aijaz Ahmed Shaikh, General Secretary Mr. Vali Mohammed Ansari, Member Mr. Aslambhai Shaikh, and Huzaifa College student and Kochi Half Marathon Runner-up athlete Bilal Ali Shaikh, met B.V.A. President and Loknete Shri Hitendrabhai Thakur to congratulate him on winning the majority of seats in the VVCMC election.
On this occasion, in recognition of securing 2nd position at the Kochi Half Marathon held in Kerala on 08/02/2026, the President of Bassein Urdu Education Society, Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Shaikh, handed over a cheque of ₹11,000/- to Loknete Shri Hitendrabhai Thakur and requested him to present the cheque to Bilal Ali Shaikh.
Loknete Shri Hitendrabhai Thakur congratulated Bilal Ali Shaikh and extended his best wishes for his future events.
